Time To Think
When you do things you hate
does time pass slowly?
Have you ever had a boring job
where you constantly looked up at the clock
and even though, between looks,
it had seemed like an hour
maybe 5 or 10 minutes had crawled by?
When you do things you love
does time fly by?
Have you ever been at a party
with a great friend or lover
and even though you were totally awake
the night flew by - in an instant
became a memory?
It is believed that any object
large enough to see cannot reach
the speed of light.
But, it has been identified
that clocks move slower
as they approach the speed of light.
So, one could say that
a faster moving clock
Will consume less time.
If you were this clock,
Wouldn't you experience
the passing of less time
compared to a relative base time?
And if you were a slow clock,
wouldn't you experience more
compared to the same relative base time?
I think consciousness is this relative base time.
And the particles that transport our thought
move at a speed very close to light
but sometimes they move slightly slower
and sometimes slightly faster.
Quantum physics suggests that,
light speed can be reached
by small enough particles.
Larger matter would take an
infinite amount of energy
to propel to light speed.
Consciousness is reflection -
being conscious of ourselves -
seeing ourselves -
being self aware.
When our clocks reach light speed,
we are perfectly reflexive and "in the moment"
when we exceed this speed,
we trap time,
we go back in time,
anti-matter is created
thus our selves can see our anti-selves
aha - reflection, self awareness.
At that boring job you had,
perhaps your mind wasn't stimulated,
your clock slowed down
bringing your speed less close
to the speed of light.
And so it makes sense that
you would experience more time
relative to the base time
kept by the clock on the wall.
When you are having a blast,
your mind gets exited.
Your clock speed accelerates
to near the speed of light,
and the more stimulated you get
the less time your mental click
will experience relative to
the clock on the wall.
